Well, if you think the Republicans have something better to offer next year by all means vote for them . . . Romney, Gingrich, Perry. Maybe Palin will re-emerge, or maybe she could make a great VP.

The Republicans are the obvious obstructionists here. Remove the pipeline bill from the the bill to extend tax cuts and then vote on them separately. Problem solved!

Yes I agree as well, although I've heard the term in many AA meetings, to me "allergy" doesn't quite fit this cunning, baffling and powerful "affliction".

The headline for this article is ridiculous, to say Americans are "deeply" spilt is an assumption. Just because a large number oppose and a large numbe approve of something of a particular issue doesn't mean they are deeply spilt.

Longevity in many cases is overrated. With some people, I think longevity may be God's way of wearing them down, or giving them a chance to chill out before he calls them to the Kingdom of Peace.
